The Jeff Wilcox Memorial (JWM for short) is a yearly bodyboarding event that began in the 90’s to remember a young man that lost his life to cancer at the age of 14. Starting as a simple bodyboarding competition, it quickly evolved into one of the most respected and prestigious competitions held in the sport of bodyboarding. From day one, this memorial set out to showcase the life and enthusiasm for the water and friendly competition that Jeff had, and it succeeded in abundance.
Drawing some of the worlds best bodyboarders and talented locals, the event has a renowned respect amongst top performing competitors.
We’ve been a supporter of this event for many years and are happy to maintain an ongoing relationship with the organisers for years to come!
